Dashboards, data pipelines & reporting

Automated pipelines and clear dashboards for the numbers that actually drive your business.

We connect to the systems where your data already lives (billing, CRM, support, operations) and build automated pipelines and dashboards that surface the handful of numbers leadership actually uses. No vanity metrics. Refreshes automatically, ready when you walk in Monday morning.

Reporting problems are usually pipeline problems: the data exists, but assembling it takes someone half a day in a spreadsheet, so it happens rarely and gets stale. We automate the assembly (extract, clean, join, refresh) so the report is simply there when you need it.

For a venture capital fund, this looked like pipeline reporting built on synced deal data: referral sources and deal stages flowed across Attio and Airtable automatically, so the team saw one clean, current view of the funnel instead of reconciling two systems by hand.

Where dashboards need an API behind them, we build that too: RESTful APIs in Python/Django or TypeScript that make your data available to every tool that needs it, not just one report.

What you get

  • Automated data pipelines from your billing, CRM, and ops systems
  • Executive and operations dashboards that refresh themselves
  • RESTful API development (Python/Django, TypeScript)
  • Single-source-of-truth reporting across teams
  • Data cleanup and reconciliation as part of the build

Good fit when

  • Someone rebuilds the same report in a spreadsheet every week
  • Different teams quote different numbers for the same question
  • You want a single source of truth for revenue, ops, or pipeline

Questions

Common questions about dashboards, data pipelines & reporting

Which tools do you build dashboards in?

Whatever fits your team: custom web dashboards when you need exact control, or your existing BI tool wired to a clean, automated pipeline. The pipeline is usually the valuable part; the dashboard is the last mile.

Our data is messy. Is that a problem?

It's the normal starting point. Cleanup and reconciliation are part of the build, and the pipeline keeps the data clean going forward instead of requiring a one-time heroic effort.

How long until the first working dashboard?

Two to four weeks for the first dashboard that leadership actually opens. Week one is connecting sources and finding out where the numbers disagree; the remaining time goes to the pipeline that keeps them agreeing. If your data is unusually scattered it runs longer, and we will say so during discovery rather than after.
