Workflow automation & CRM integration
Connect your CRM, scheduling, email, and ops tools so deals and handoffs move on their own.
Most businesses already own the right tools: the CRM, the scheduler, the inbox, the spreadsheets. They just don't talk to each other, so your team becomes the integration layer. We build the connections: webhook-driven syncs, Slack workflows with action buttons, automated email sequences, and booking flows that update your pipeline the moment a meeting lands on the calendar.
The flagship example is the deal-intake funnel we built and run for Keyhorse Capital. When a deal comes in, it's created in Airtable and synced bidirectionally with Attio CRM via webhooks; change the stage in either system and the other follows. An acknowledgement email goes out automatically. The deal lands in a Slack triage channel with action buttons that let partners advance the stage or trigger an email sequence without leaving Slack. When a founder books time through Calendly, the booking automation moves the deal forward in Attio on its own. Referral sources sync across systems so attribution never gets lost.
That's the pattern we repeat for clients: find the handoffs your team does by hand (copying between systems, sending the same email, updating the pipeline after a call) and make them happen automatically, reliably, with an audit trail.
We work with the tools you already have: Attio, HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Calendly, Gmail, Stripe, QuickBooks, and anything with an API. Where off-the-shelf connectors fall short, we write the integration code ourselves.
What you get
- Bidirectional CRM syncs (Attio, HubSpot, Airtable) via webhooks
- Slack workflows with action buttons wired to your pipeline
- Automated email sequences triggered by pipeline events
- Scheduling automations (Calendly, Cal.com) that update your CRM
- Custom API integrations where no connector exists
- Documentation and monitoring so automations stay reliable
Good fit when
- Closing a deal or booking a client triggers a checklist of manual copying between systems
- Customer data lives in three places and never quite agrees
- Your team runs its pipeline out of Slack or email and things fall through the cracks
Questions
Do you use Zapier or Make, or write custom code?
Whichever is more reliable for the job. Simple triggers can live in off-the-shelf tools; anything business-critical (bidirectional syncs, stage logic, error handling) is usually custom code with monitoring, because silent automation failures cost more than they save.
What does a typical automation project cost?
Focused automation projects typically start around $10k and run two to six weeks. We scope a fixed price up front after a discovery call.
What happens when an automation breaks?
Every automation we ship includes error handling and alerting, so failures surface immediately instead of silently. Ongoing monitoring is included in maintenance retainers.
